Healf Purchase - Activation

Bought through Healf advised by online chat to follow sign up journey when membership didnt sync, asked if I’d be charged confirmed I wouldn’t.

I have been charged and now have a direct subscription with Whoop not the Healf activation.

Support is poor webchat advising incorrectly and support only by email.

Anyone else had anything similar or any advice?

Ticket currently logged so will have email tennis with support for days no doubt.

Band was showing as expired membership (had trial on same email last year)

Chat support said to proceed with the subscription flow and wouldn’t be charged.

Did that have been charged the full amount again.

Support have just emailed to say return the device to Healf (authorised reseller) for them to process refunded… but then I won’t have a band :rofl:

Husband signed up as a new user and his has been linked to the purchase and is showing his membership
