I switched to the bicep band 2 days ago, and the moment I made the switch, my stress skyrocketed and basically flatlines at 3.0. My typical time in the high stress zone is around 1:55. Yesterday was about 10 hours! I am wondering if switching back to wrist would bring it back down, or if I’m now getting accurate readings? What’s strange is that sleep tracking seems to be on target, and stress goes down to low while I am asleep (although not as low as it used to).
