My order B44598671 appears to have been lost by UPS. It’s been “scanned” daily at a warehouse 15 min from my house for 2 weeks. This likely means the label fell off or other mishap. UPS is no help. WHOOP needs to file a claim and send me a new device but every way I have of contacting WHOOP leads to AI extremely unhelpfully telling me how to track my order.
Do humans still work at WHOOP? How can I get one to help me?

No humans. Really sad state of affairs.
I’ve heard that if you reply to one of the AI generated emails with something like “that doesn’t solve my problem”, it will escalate your ticket to a human csr. I haven’t tried it myself but hope that helps.
