I’m new to WHOOP. Can you show me how to change bands?

To change your WHOOP band using the Fast Link™ Slider:

  1. Hold your WHOOP device securely.
  2. Locate the Fast Link™ Slider on the underside of your band near the sensor.
  3. Press down on the slider with your thumb and slide the band away from the device to release it.
  4. Gently pull the band out of the clasp.
  5. Repeat the process on the other side to fully remove the band.
  6. To attach a new band, slide the Fast Link™ mechanism into place until you hear a click.
  7. Pull gently to confirm the band is securely attached.
  8. Adjust the fit for comfort using the adjustable slider if available.

Important: WHOOP 4.0 bands are not compatible with WHOOP 5.0 or MG bands due to design differences, so make sure your new band matches your device generation.

Good evening.
I am having the whoop 4.0 and I change my band. I want to change it again, but the fast link slider won’t move. I read the instructies on the website and did what the website was telling to do. I still can’t change my band . I already contacting support. Hope someone can help with my problem.
