I’m trying to figure out how WHOOP decides if my cycle is considered regular or irregular. Is it based on timing or something else?
WHOOP looks at three main things to determine if your cycle is regular or irregular: cycle length, period length, and cycle variability.
If your cycle length regularly falls outside the 21–35 day range, it may be flagged as irregular. Same goes for period length. If your period is consistently shorter than 2 days or longer than 7, that could be a sign too. WHOOP also tracks how much your cycle length changes month to month, and if the difference between your shortest and longest cycles is more than 7 days, that counts as irregular variability.
