I bought a WHOOP MG bracelet with a LIFE subscription. But I have an active peak subscription. How can I add a new subscription?

Hello! Here’s how to switch over to WHOOP Life if you already have a Peak subscription:

You can upgrade your current Peak plan to WHOOP Life right in the app. Any remaining time on your Peak plan will carry over and convert at a rate of 3 months of Peak = 2 months of Life.

Heads up: the upgrade doesn’t happen automatically. You’ll need to do it yourself in the WHOOP app or at app.whoop.com by heading to “Membership > Upgrade”.

Once you’ve upgraded, your WHOOP MG device and all the WHOOP Life features, including medically regulated ones if they’re available where you are, will be activated.

To make the switch:

  1. Open the WHOOP app or visit app.whoop.com
  2. Go to Membership > Upgrade
  3. Choose WHOOP Life and follow the steps to confirm
