If I switch from WHOOP 4.0 to 5.0, will my MCI data carry over?

Yes! If you logged menstruation in the Journal with WHOOP 4.0, that data will carry over when you switch to WHOOP 5.0. Anything logged in either the old or new Menstrual Cycle Insights experience will still be available.
