Inaccurate weightlifting/ strength calculation

I have used my whoop for 1.5 yrs and have religiously tracked my 3-5x a week strength workouts.
I did a weightlifting workout, then added my strength workout. After processing, the workout should result to at least 50% or higher muscular workout composition, with a strain over 9.0.
However it’s showing 97% cardio with a total strain of of 5.4
What could be happening?
If this is a Whoop bug how do I report it so that it can be fixed? (Less concern about this one workout being wrong, more concerned about a bug affecting a significant number of my workouts or that of all of you members if it’s a software or algorithm bug)
