Just a heads-up: once an order is placed, we’re not able to change the email address associated with it. But don’t worry, you can still track your shipment using the original email you entered at checkout, along with your order number, over at orderstatus.whoop.com/orderlookup.
If you haven’t seen your order confirmation or tracking email yet, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder. Sometimes they hide out there. Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link so you can keep an eye on your package.
Made a typo in your email and can’t access the tracking info? No problem. Once your tracking number becomes available, you can also reach out directly to the shipping carrier for help.
