I heard that WHOOP released an Irregular Heart Rhythm Notifications feature, but I don’t see it in my app. Is it available in the U.S.?

No, Irregular Heart Rhythm Notifications (IHRN) are not currently available in the United States due to regulatory restrictions.

In the U.S., you can still use other heart health tools like:

  • Heart Rate Variability (HRV) to monitor stress and recovery.
  • Strain and cardiovascular exertion tracking.
  • ECG, which allows you to take a 30-second on-demand heart reading to check for signs of AFib (available with WHOOP MG).
