Do I need a certain type of WHOOP membership like Peak or Life to use Menstrual Cycle Insights?

Menstrual Cycle Insights (MCI) is available to all WHOOP members regardless of their membership tier. It works with all WHOOP hardware starting from WHOOP 4.0 and later. If you have logged menstruation data in the journal on WHOOP 4.0, that data will carry over when switching to WHOOP 5.0.

You can enable or disable MCI at any time in the WHOOP app under the Health Tab > Menstrual Cycle Insights or via App Settings > Hormonal Insights.
