What to Expect:

  • Physiological Trends: Tracks changes in key metrics like resting heart rate (RHR), heart rate variability (HRV), and recovery, which often shift during pregnancy.
  • Weekly Insights: Offers guidance on how pregnancy may impact sleep, hydration, and recovery to help you stay attuned to your body’s needs.
  • Community Connection: Connects you with other members due in the same month through WHOOP Teams, creating space for shared experience and encouragement.

How to Set It Up:
If you haven’t used the Hormonal Insights feature before:

  • Navigate to Hormonal Insights onboarding on the Home screen or in the Health tab to get started.

If you’re already using Menstrual Cycle Insights:

  • Go to More > App Settings > Hormonal Insights
  • Select “Pregnant” to begin receiving insights tailored for pregnancy
