I recently extended my free trial to a full 12-month membership, and the WHOOP app confirms that my membership is active until May 24th, 2026. Based on the website, I understand that upgrading from the free trial should come with a WHOOP 5.0 device.
However, I have not received any confirmation email about the shipment, order details, or battery, and I’m concerned that it may be shipped to my old U.S. address. I was in the U.S. during my free trial, but I now live in Spain (EU), and I haven’t been prompted to enter or confirm a new shipping address.
If your membership has been extended but you haven’t received a confirmation for your WHOOP 5.0 shipment yet, here are a few things to check:
Order and shipping confirmation emails are sent separately. Look for your order confirmation email (including in your spam/junk folders)—it contains your order number and details.
Shipping confirmation and tracking info are usually sent within 2 business days after your order is processed. Depending on your region and product availability, it may take a bit longer.
You can check your order status and tracking using your order number and email at orderstatus.whoop.com.
If you upgraded through the WHOOP app, you can also track your order by tapping the More tab.
If it’s been more than 7 business days since your membership extension and you still haven’t received shipping confirmation, please email support@whoop.com and share your order number or any reference info you have.
