MG not turning on

My MG never turned on when I got it. Charged the battery and charged the MG and it won’t turn on. Turned in a ticket 4 days ago with no reply, yet. Hopefully soon.
Anyone else?

Hi @Fnranch it did work for me for couple of days and then suddenly stopped syncing. Thought to be calibrationil issue and tried to troubleshoot but then went online and saw loads of other peeps having similar trouble, I think there is definitely some issue with new tech that Whoop got to acknowledge.

It’s best to reach out to support@whoop.com with the details of your situation. This forum is mainly for members helping each other, and this device issue sounds like something WHOOP Support can handle directly.

I did. Whoop came through with an email. They are sending me a new one, and I’m sending this one back.
It took a few days for them to get back to me. It looks like they are coming through.

No one will reply to the support emails. I got an AI response on one of mine. With no way to reply back. Mine quit working last night. No blue lights, no green lights, nothing. Very frustrating.
