Hello,
I understand whoop is a whole health application and the strength-trainer is a subsection inside of the large umbrella of Whoop, but I feel there are things that need improvement.
- Allow users to classify sets as “warm up sets, drop sets, or supersets”.
- Allow users to add “RPE or RIR” to our sets.
- Provide graphs or trends from previous workouts, specifically for each exercise, so users know if they are hitting the same volume, less volume, or setting PR’s.
- Provide access to total volume of weight moved during the duration of the activity.
- Allow users to modify sets and reps after the workout. Sometimes I fat finger my initial entry, only to catch it after I’ve completed the activity.
I’m sure there are more areas for improvement. I currently use an app called “Strong Workout Tracker Gym Log” for my workouts and it hits all of my needs, however it doesn’t accomplish an all-in-one app like Whoop could provide.
