Missing order confirmation email and order number not found

Anyone experiencing this as well? Cc was charged etc. my hypothesis is that I am a former member and it is confusing their system. Not showing up in the app either and can’t get in touch with a human. Just their AI chatbot which sends me in an “order not found” doom loop. Any tricks for getting a person on the phone or to reply? I’m guessing they are busy with the launch feedback…but it’s a bit odd. I can even cancel and reorder because the order cannot be found when using the status page and my order number.
