Less than 24h use and all dead. Tried charge, tapping, all the things support suggest. No luck.
Sadly it seems to be a common problem.

@mfamme85 My recommendation is to contact our Membership Services team at support@whoop.com on this. They have diagnostic tools that allow them to figure out what the issue is on a per device basis. They will help. Thanks for reaching out.
