My Membership got Canceled without any action

Hi there, I still have 5 months of membership on my whoop and during I tried to upgrade for whoop mg that’s removed all my currents months and ask me to pay again my membership.

I had the same issue, I had 11 months on the 9 of May in the morning, suddendly in the afternoon the system told me that my subscription will be renewed on the 10 of May again because I had zero days left… Then on the 10 of May they tried to charge me again for 1 full year but I cancel that credit card. I have sent several emails to whoop support and I receive emails that make no sense and are not addressing the issue. Any suggestion what to do here ? they literally stole from me 11 months and they are even trying to charge me more again. Its nice to try to use AI to improve the customer service but when your AI do not understand the issue, it is very frustrating for your clients. Thank you! @Durkin

After sending them 5 emails each day, they finally recovered my membership if that can help.
