My whoop 5 disconnected and I am not able to reconnected back

On my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, I paired the new Whoop 5. Day later, I checked the app and found, strap is disconnected. So I tried to connect, re-pair it, removed strap from the paired devices and pair it via Whoop app… Nothing works. No idea what to do.

Hi @danczer, in terms of next steps, here’s what I recommend:

  1. Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings, find WHOOP, and select ‘Forget Device.’
  2. Force stop the WHOOP app (Settings > Apps > WHOOP > Force Stop).
  3. Make sure no other devices are trying to connect to the strap. WHOOP can only pair with one device at a time.
  4. Restart your phone.
  5. Open the WHOOP app, go to More > Device Settings > Pair a New Device, and follow the instructions to put your strap in pairing mode.
  6. Try reconnecting through the WHOOP app.

If it still doesn’t work, check for firmware updates in the app (More > Device Settings > Update Firmware), or contact WHOOP Support in the app or at support@whoop.com.
