Hi everyone,
I wanted to share my experience here because I’m honestly out of options and feel completely unheard by WHOOP support.
I placed an order on May 8th, expecting delivery to Israel within 7–10 business days.
Instead, my package got stuck in Germany, and UPS later confirmed it was never exported and is now being returned to WHOOP.
Meanwhile, WHOOP keeps replying with:
“Your new tracking number shows the package is out for delivery.”
Yes – out for delivery in a random city in Germany. Not Israel.
I’ve explained this multiple times.
I’ve sent proof.
I’ve asked for either a reshipment or refund.
But I keep getting generic responses that feel automated and completely disconnected from what’s really happening.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Did you actually get your WHOOP after a similar issue?
And WHOOP — if you’re reading this, please respond like humans and take action.
This is not the level of service I expected from a premium brand.
