My whoop has been working for 5 months and pairs to the app fine. The whoop died and I charged it, but it disconnected. It shows that it’s charged and has a green light. I’ve been trying to reconnect my whoop to the app but the band will not show the blue light to show it is in pairing mode and will not show up when trying to pair. What do I do?
If WHOOP isn’t connecting:
- Check Bluetooth is on
- Forget WHOOP in Bluetooth settings (if it shows)
- Restart your phone
- Tap the sensor top until blue LEDs flash to enter pairing mode
- Open the app and reconnect
- Make sure everything’s up to date
- Turn off any battery optimization settings that could interfere
Keeping the app open helps maintain the connection.
