Hi
It would be nice to add a Nap alarm when starting a Nap “activity”. Garmin is offering it and I found it really great to be able to really let it go without fearing to fall asleep for more than you can.
I know I typically like 20-25 minutes nap if I have time after lunch so predefined times would be amazing.

I think that’s a great idea and also get worried I might oversleep when taking naps.

Just curious for your thoughts here: After your nap ends… what would you like to see as a next step? For example, if you’re feeling like you need a 30 min nap… and you take the nap… is there anything that comes to mind that you’d want to see a next step in WHOOP pertaining to that nap? What comes to mind?

Ideally I’d like have a feedback on the nap like a small analysis on how much recovery did I get from it and also how it affected my sleep needs for the night to come or recovery status.

@jneuveglise Awesome. That makes sense to me.
Currently, when you take a nap, we’ll show you what % of the time you were awake, in light sleep, deep sleep, and REM sleep… as well as the duration and metrics like respiratory rate. Keep the ideas coming!
