Great to hear Nappie!
We have added the following folks onto the beta update:
Heavypenny, Starwars32, natashafenech, Heavywaite85, Dallas_Dunn, Cdub09, sdrew, CWick4141
We are rolling this patch out incrementally. We expect it will roll out wider soon.
It’s working for me! Thank you!
@Cdub09 That’s great to hear! Awesome!
@Heavypenny @Starwars32 @natashafenech @Heavywaite85 @Dallas_Dunn @sdrew @CWick4141 How we looking?

I would say it’s much better. However, I must tip the hat and say I’m more impressed by the way that you and Whoop handled this issue, and the follow up. You’ve got my loyalty for sure.
Hey! Thanks for the follow up, amazing customer service! It’s much better now! Thank you for the fast turn around.
@cceezy @collirich Thanks for the kind words. We appreciate you both writing in when you did. Allowed our engineering team to swarm on this.
@Heavywaite85 Hmmmm. I’ll ping @bobbyjohansen on yours and we’ll take a look. Thanks!
Way better! Thank you so much for the help and the quick response.
Yea I think it’s better
@quaderichards @magnod Thank you both for writing in. Enjoy this weekend! With strong battery life in your pocket!
Got the .4 update and it seems to be working much better. 2 days ago whoop was using 45% of my battery today it’s down to 8%
Greatly appreciated! So far I am also very happy with the customer service as well. I also understand these things take time.
Can I please be added to the update. Impossible to use the phone, it just dies halfway through the day. Thank you
Seems to have fixed the issue of not letting my phone sleep so far! It’s been roughly 18 hours or so since I updated and Whoop is back down to its normal usage
Looking much better today, only 13% so far today. Was nearer 40% at this time of the day before the firmware patch. Appreciate the help!
Hi, it’s better on my end too. WHOOP is still the top battery-consuming app, but it dropped from around 50% to about 20%. So something definitely got fixed, and I’m extremely grateful for that. I’m just curious—what was causing the issue? Which process was responsible?
