I’m fairly new to Whoop and just wanted to ask a question about the training/monitoring Plans.
I can see there are 3 plans to choose from, Boost Fitness, Feel Better and Sleep Deeper - there is then the option to customise a plan
Can there be a plan that assists with weight/fat loss - or does someone know the best way to customise a plan to help

That sounds like a good idea. Boost Fitness is probably the best choice to focus on increasing daily activity (ramping up slowly if you are new or just returning to fitness). Keep in mind that weight loss/fat loss is more a matter of restricting calories, which is not a focus for Whoop, so you may want to use an app designed for that purpose. I recommend MacroFactor, but there are many others to choose from. Good luck!

Hi @tonychebs, great idea adding a weightloss plan.
If you want to create a custom plan you can pick items in 3 categories so here is what I’d imagine might help:
- Metrics:
Disclaimer - allthough you absolutely can, and it’s a bit counterintuitive I maybe wouldn’t recommend inputting a goal weight because it will always make you fail your plan until the weight is reached
- Daily Steps, HR Zones, Strain (all of these would make sense to be more active)
- Behaviors:
- basically anything nutrition or movement related (I don’t want to recommend anything here, as it’s highly personal to you)
- Activities:
- pick whatever you like (running, cycling etc.) and how often you wanna do it in a given week
