Whoop support,

Kindly refund my money, by mistake i ordered peak , I wanted to order life , unfortunately it is not available in India.
I was fooled to believe im ordering life . Pls refund my money and cancel the order.

Hi @Nirvikar. You can cancel your order in the app because you’re within the 30 day window. You can follow the directions here. I included a small snapshot below or you to follow.

1. Cancel Your Membership:

  1. Navigate to the Membership section.
  2. Select Cancel.
  3. Confirm cancellation and continue with return process.
