REFUND PLEASE and cancelling membership!

I recently signed up for an annual WHOOP membership, and I was just billed AED 919. Unfortunately, I am not using the device or services and was unaware that this membership was non-refundable for the year, and I am a student so this was very shocking for me please can I get refund, I had received this free at an event.

I would like to kindly request a cancellation of my membership and a refund for the recent charge. As I’ve only been a member for a short time and have not utilized the product, I hope you can assist with this request.

Please let me know what steps I need to follow to proceed.
