Retail purchase

Decided to get the 5.0 after not wearing the 4.0 for 6 months. I purchased the 5.0 via Amazon and it arrived quickly. When I downloaded the app and connected the 5.0 the app keeps asking me to pay money for a membership. The Amazon purchase includes the membership. How do I resolve?

same as me but via Healf not Amazon. This looks like a regular issue! Really disappointed. Am waiting for a reply to sort this but it is really annoying! Karmen

I have the same problem, how did you sort this?

I contacted them on Instagram and their reply was it’s not something they can sort! But I emailed their support team and they sorted it straight away for me. I just sent them the screenshot of my receipt and they applied the year from the date I emailed.

No they fixed it same night I emailed. Just send your receipt with your email.
