Two month delay on 5.0

I order my 5.0 two months ago, and the order has not been processed, why? I paid a large amount of money. The delay is so long, I will have to change the shipping address. Why have sent request for update on the status and I have received no response, why? Over $400 in the drain, I would like my money back!
