Upgrade fee from 4.0 to 5.0

Hi Whoop Team

I bought the 4.0 four weeks ago. Why is there a upgrade fee of EUR 89? I thought the fee got waived because of the purchase only 4 weeks ago.

Are you upgrading to MG? I also had to pay the fee. Can someone help and tell me why did that happen?

I think upgrade to 5.0 peak is free but MG needs a new device so there is a fee. But if peak is $50 upgrade fee and that is waived, the MG $80 should also atleast be waived a little from $80 if we are new customers. I paid that fee but lets see if we can get money back

Hi Tobias and svijay - were you both signed into your WHOOP account when going through the upgrade flow to MG? If you purchased in the last 30 days, the fee should be waived assuming you were signed in.

Hi Camden - i did the order on March 31. Common strategy not to announce new things coming up. Why should I buy an old 4.0 when I know the 5.0 comes very soon? What can Whoop offer?
