Upgrading to WHOOP 5.0

I have purchased Family plan of two members, and I have received two WHOOP 4.0.
Now while trying to upgrade to WHOOP 5.0 and during checking out process I can see in my cart 3 WHOOP 5.0 with one extra device and charger!!
The bad part about this is I have tried to contact via phone call the support team and they are saying this is a common issue and they are trying to fix it, But if I wait my allowed to free upgrade period will expire.
Actually out of many products I have purchased, WHOOP support system can easily be number 1 as the worst.
