We have a problem with the family account

We’re having issues, and Whoop support hasn’t been responsive or takes forever to reply to support tickets.

I upgraded to a Whoop 5.0 and created a family plan. I invited my girlfriend to join, but now there’s no option for her to order a 5.0 device through Whoop. I also can’t remove her from the account, and she can’t remove herself either.

Does anyone have any ideas? The information from support is unclear—screens are missing or the options they mention simply aren’t there.
