  • Performance basics: “What is HRV?”
  • Training guidance: “How can I hit my Optimal Strain today?” or “How do I keep up my fitness with a newborn?”
  • Your records: “When did I have my lowest Recovery?”
  • Body signals: “Why am I feeling so tired?” or “What day do I usually sleep best?”
  • Benchmarks: “How does my sleep stack up against people like me?”
  • Device or account help: “My WHOOP’s not charging, can you help?”

Anytime you’re curious about your data, habits, or goals, just ask. WHOOP Coach is here to help make sense of it all and guide you toward smarter decisions.

I’ve found coach to be really helpful as a tool to simply figure out what sort of activity or exercise I should do on that day. I sometimes just wake up, ask coach “what should I do today”, and based on my sleep / recovery it provides 2-3 different recommended activities based on what I typically do. Could be a walk, strength training workout, really whatever I’ve done in the last few months consistently. I can then “commit” to doing one of the recommended activities which in a way holds me accountable to stay active / healthy. When I do complete that activity, it feels like I accomplished my goal for the day… all with the help of my “personal” coach
