The Milestone Collection Box celebrates members who’ve logged 1,825 recoveries (5 years of daily use) and upgraded to WHOOP Life. Here’s how it works:

  • Eligibility: You must have 1,825 recoveries and upgrade to WHOOP Life.
  • Redemption: It’s not automatic! During the upgrade process, you’ll need to click “Redeem” to claim it.
  • Customization: Choose a WHOOP 5.0 band and add a custom 3-character engraving.
  • Shipping: It ships with your new WHOOP device.

If you don’t meet the recovery requirement, you can purchase it for $239 during the upgrade.

Unfortunately no, the box is only for members with ~1,825 by launch day. Alternatively, you can purchase it for $239 during the upgrade!

No I have been a loyal whooper for 7 yrs and saw nowhere to claim the Milestone box during upgrade customer service basically told me to bad and I have well over the required recoveries.

But the AI and support via e-mail say if i wait with the upgrade until i reach 1825 then it will be available for me to redeem it. Whats right?

I saw no where to redeem and I believe the CEO in the video said nothing about redeeming it in there defense they gave me a $250 CREDIT for Merch after I complained enogh.

@Durkin, I’m not too worried about it, but appreciate the response. Still deciding on which upgrade to get. My wife went with Life and is loving all the extra HR data!

Hi Durkin, been a whoop member since April 2020, currently at 1785 recoveries, 40 shy of the milestone box. My membership is up for renewal in 12 June (10 days form now). If I just change my plan to a monthly plan and stay on 4.0 for say two months to get past the 1,825 recoveries, will I still have the option to then upgrade to MG or 5.0 and be eligible for the milestone box whilst also being able to get the MG or 5.0 at the same prices I could get now on my current plan?

Hope that makes sense. Just grinding at me that I miss by 40 days lol. Thanks

Ooooh the Milestone box could be purchased separately for those who haven’t had it for 5 years? I never saw any options for it anywhere. I thought it was only the long term people that just automatically got it, and that newer members wouldn’t have the chance. I just got my MG a week ago too, how sad.
