What is WHOOP Age and Pace of Aging?

Can you tell me more about this? What metrics are taken into consideration for my WHOOP Age and Age of Pacing?

WHOOP Age gives you a big-picture view of your health based on the last six months of sleep, strain, and fitness data. It moves slowly on purpose—so the better habits you build today will start to show up in your score in the weeks ahead.

Check your Healthspan contributors to see how your 30-day average stacks up against your 6-month average. If your recent behaviors are drifting into the orange range—meaning your 30-day average is further from expert recommendations than your long-term trend—that can push your Pace of Aging higher.

WHOOP Age and Pace of Aging are based on a combo of sleep, strain, and fitness metrics. For sleep, it looks at Hours of Sleep and Sleep Consistency. For strain, it tracks Weekly Heart Rate Zone time (both 1–3 and 4–5), Weekly Strength Training Time, and Daily Steps. And for fitness, it factors in Resting Heart Rate, VO2 Max, and Lean Body Mass.
