I just bought the WHOOP 4.0 and a couple of extra bands. I have had this Whoop for less than a week and the new 5.0 comes out. I am able to upgrade for free but the extra bands that i barely used don’t fit on the 5.0. Is there anything i can do about these extra bands? Can i return them and get credit?

I’m not able to see memeberships and returns in my app. I have filed for a ticket but the AI generated message said that I should initiate a return from the app. The band accessory is new, unworn and not even out opened out of packaging. I purchased it a few days ago before the Whoop 5.0 released but it’s a nightmare trying to get a return label so I can return this within 30 days!!
Likewise I ordered spare straps enticed bvy a birthday offer and it is literaly a circular loop trying to return within 30 days. The AI is worse than useless. Talk about a health app raising my blood pressure. It is the cavalier attitude from Whoop that really frustrates me, this is a very cynical approach that is likely illegal in my home country (to make it impossible to return as advertised). I just ordered a new 4.0 battery and have the same problem. No way to get a return label at member services link. I filed a support request and the dumb AI sends me to the same order status page that has no way to get a return label. I’m so frustrated that I’m thinking of cancelling and I’ve be a users for several years.
