Where is my order?

I placed my WHOOP order about a week ago, and I haven’t received any shipping updates yet. Where do I find an estimated delivery date?

To find your order, click this link https://orderstatus.whoop.com and enter your order number and email address, or your tracking number. It will show you whether your item has been shipped, is in transit, or has been delivered.

Ashley is correct. If you click this Order Status link, you’ll be able to track the status of your order: https://orderstatus.whoop.com.

Here are a few of the types of images you’ll see on the Order Status page (below). You’ll notice there are stages like your WHOOP is being Prepared, or Shipping Soon, or In Transit, or Out for Delivery, or Delivered. You can check this Order Status page frequently to track your order. Thanks for being patient and we’re looking forward to you diving in.

When I get my 5.0 do I cancel my 4.0 subscription. And will my 5.0 connect to my current account so all my data will continue on.

I ordered the new Whoop MG on release day and it hasn’t even processed. I had the same shipping issue on my 4.0. Is this some scam where it was released early to get money to fund the final model? I’m fine with the upgrade fee since there was an option for a free upgrade with an extension but an upgrade fee plus shipping and I can’t even get my order processed? At this rate I’ll have GTA 6 before Whoop MG.

Hi there, you merged my question into this thread. I know the link where I can check my status but the question was how long it will take for the 5.0mg to be sent because mine is still waiting to be processed and on the first step of the process although I already ordered last thursday right after the announcement…

I ordere a week ago and as well, no shipping as of today. I am honestly considering this a scam by now. Also I already paid the money upfront, so do I get less subscription time because of this? Clearly I have neither a device nor the actual service. This and the fact that they take money for shipping after already paying an extraodinary amount for this, I have no intention of funding this. I hope I can cancel and they refund the money. At this point I have no trust.
