Hi @BriElkins As a next step, would you mind checking to see if you have the most updated version of the WHOOP app from the app store?
Once you have the most updated version of the app, I recommend you follow these steps.

If No Upgrade Option Appears: I recommend you reach out to the WHOOP Support team.
I have been in touch with the support team. I would be more inclined to call it the “lack of support” team. I am totally unimpressed with the after sales care I have received from WHOOP.
The fact that I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it for the upgrade path to appear is ridiculous. Even more so is that the upgrade path is not even visible on your website from my end.
When WHOOP gets serious about their software deployments have them reach out to me and I can be hired as a contractor to provide guidance.
