I ordered the Whoop 5.0 upgrade yesterday, but the order status has never changed, even to the processing stage. It’s been stuck in the “Your order is waiting to be processed”, like something is stuck or broken. I’ve already paid and been charged, so don’t think it’s that, and I don’t see any way to even cancel and get a refund at this point. But it seems to be broken/stuck.

I am also facing this same problem. I had also ordered my whoop 5.0 and its stuck in yet to be processed phase only since then .
Hey @Lancepat and @mihirmotta – thank you very much for ordering the 5.0, excited for you to start using it. Sometimes it can take 48–72 hours for the status to update, especially during high-volume periods (like now). Nothing should be broken and while it may feel stuck, the order should progress soon.
Ordered mine on the 8th (UK) and still stuck on order processing.
Is this normal?
Likewise, ordered mine on the 8th. Received confirmation of my order via email, but when I go to track my order, it remains at the ‘to be processed’ stage.
Same here, ordered MG from the UK within an hour of release and still hasn’t began processing. Didn’t receive a confirmation email either.
Same. It feels as a bug.
I understand if it will be for a long time in the Processing phase, but if money where taken and status still says “To be processed”. The only logical conclusion is that the sales system collapsed under the number of orders (kind of self inflicted DDoS attacks). Assuming the data and some orders are lost is very natural in this case for users…

I ordered mine on the 9th and its been 6 days… no update on status, still in the “to be processed” stage. I get it that demand is higher now but that is quite a long time.

That’s alright, but I must be honest it’s extremely frustrating to receive standard, automated replies while my issue remains unresolved.
We ordered three WHOOP devices together and all my friends have received theirs yet my order has not even been processed or shipped despite 8 days having passed.
What’s more disappointing is the lack of a proper explanation or personalized support. I’ve messaged multiple times, and every response seems computer-generated, offering no clarity or solution.
Received an email today confirming that my order is delayed. No timeline given, just that they’d send me another email once the item eventually ships.

Hi. I ordered the 5.0 Peak with a bicep band a few days ago. Are any of you having problems with the order status hanging on the first step? Any updates on when it will continue? The vacation is approaching, and Whoop isn’t responding.

I am confused. Paid £7.99 for 3-5 day shipping, however order says 5-7 working days, here it is 7-10 days (working or not) on my order it is whenever you now chose to update me. For every day it does not ship it is a day of my current subscription I can’t get the benefits.. Poor customer service to a loyal fan base. You have let yourself down…
I’m pretty frustrated as well. Reminds of the debacle I went through trying to get the 4.0
Placed my order on 5/11. It is now 5/23, and nothing. No shipping date (although initially it was 5/16; that came and went with a note saying it wouldn’t ship that day). Nothing since then.
Asking support, get nothing but canned AI responses. Impossible to get an actual human.
To add to the pain, I saw a user on here earlier who placed their order for a Whoop MG (like me) and it’s already shipped! What gives here???

thank you for starting my membership on the day i ordered, but delaying my shipment because you didnt anticipate this many people wanted the device (did your AI chat bot not tell you this might happen) so im wasting days of my expensive membership.
lastly thank you for making it impossible to complain to customer services as your entire business is ran by AI chat bots.
