I ordered the Whoop 5.0 upgrade yesterday, but the order status has never changed, even to the processing stage. It’s been stuck in the “Your order is waiting to be processed”, like something is stuck or broken. I’ve already paid and been charged, so don’t think it’s that, and I don’t see any way to even cancel and get a refund at this point. But it seems to be broken/stuck.

I am also facing this same problem. I had also ordered my whoop 5.0 and its stuck in yet to be processed phase only since then .
Hey @Lancepat and @mihirmotta – thank you very much for ordering the 5.0, excited for you to start using it. Sometimes it can take 48–72 hours for the status to update, especially during high-volume periods (like now). Nothing should be broken and while it may feel stuck, the order should progress soon.

Ordered mine on the 8th (UK) and still stuck on order processing.
Is this normal?
