Whoop 5 is showing disconnect and not able to wake up my device

i received whoop 5 yesterday , i charge this to 100% then paired this device it successfully paired but today at evening when i check my reading it is showing that from last 19 hours it is not connected so i try to wake up my device but it is showing nothing , i try to tap the device for atleast 10 minutes but no LED is showing , dont know what to do now .

i put the charger on and then tapping the charger it is showing green light but on my device it is not showing anything
