As an older person, I’ll be 64 in July I have some suggestions for Whoop support to consider.

Bedtime suggestions. Today whoop wants me to go to bed at 10:45pm That is way too late for me.
It also seems to be affecting my sleep consistency because I can’t follow the recommendations.

Steps. Whoop suggests 10k per day. I looked this up and 18 to 55 years old it’s the recommendation. It is a lot lower at my age, maybe 6 to 7k.

Consider cycling as an alternative to steps. Cycling is just low impact stepping.

Sleep, I don’t know for sure but I am pretty sure I need more than 8 hours per day. Is there any recommendations of sleep for older people?
I am very active at my age, my Whoop age is 56 which I am very pleased with but my pace of aging is 1.7 and I am convinced it’s related to metrics based on a younger person, mostly my lack of steps. Based on the app in 10 years time it will be the equivalent to 17 years
