Hello Whoop Support,
Tickets will auto close after a certain amount of time. Which I am OK with but I have a problem. Since Whoop 5 is new I have a few tickets open. I received a mail this morning stating your ticket number xxxxxxx will close and this is the last warning. But ticket number has no reference to the emails I have been corresponding to. I assume when I opened the ticket I was told a number but all email communications were based on the subject line. How am I supposed to know what ticket you are are talking about and going to close?
Please advise.
