I am trying to buy a 5.0 bicep band, advertised for $40 on sale. When I go to check out, the price is $49. I wrote an email to support, which is AI. The AI is ignoring me. Does anyone know what I can do? There is otherwise ZERO support from WHOOP.

Yes! that is it. I am a “pro” member. there is a slash through the 49 and the a 40 right next to it.
Just a heads-up, WHOOP Pro was discontinued back on 2024. Everyone got moved over to the regular WHOOP membership. If you had any free gear you hadn’t claimed, WHOOP should’ve sent you a gift card code by email to use on the shop for accessories and apparel. That credit’s good until October 28, 2025, so still time to use it!
