Whoop auto-detected my sleep, however, it’s not showing up anywhere, so it’s not calculating my recovery correctly, nor my sleep. When I try to manually add it, I’m getting an “overlapping with another sleep” error. I’ve tried rebooting the device, but nothing is working. And don’t even get me started on “deleting” the other sleep activity and try to enter it manually.. I do NOT see where the “auto-detected sleep” is located.
Could just be a glitch. Sounds simple but I would try the following before reaching out to support.
- Make sure your WHOOP app is updated to the latest version from your app store.
- Restart your phone to refresh the system.
- Log out of the WHOOP app and then log back in to refresh your account data.
- Check that Auto Detection is enabled in the app under More > App Settings > Activity Settings > Activity Detection.
- Ensure your WHOOP device is worn properly, about 1 inch above your wrist bone and snug enough that the sensor maintains good contact.
- Try manually logging the activity or sleep again by tapping the “+” icon on the Home screen.
- If you use Apple Health or other integrations, verify permissions and sync settings are correct.
- Restart the WHOOP app or reinstall it if issues persist.
I have the same issue. Everything from today has been wiped. No stats at all but when i try to re-enter i get the overlapping message.
