Does doing nothing helps with recovery?

If I have been lying on the bed or sitting on a chair for long hours without doing much (low heart rate), will this helps with the recovery score? In Garmin, the body battery will increase.

Totally. Sometimes the best thing you can do is just chill. If your recovery score’s low, your body’s telling you it needs a break.

But recovery isn’t just about doing nothing. Good sleep, staying hydrated, eating decent food, and managing stress all help too. WHOOP looks at all that behind the scenes…HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, the whole deal.

So yeah, kicking back can definitely help. It usually helps boost my recovery score (unless I’m sick or something). Just make sure you’re also giving your body what it needs to bounce back strong.
