Some days my Recovery score is great, and other days it’s way lower than I expected. What are the best ways to keep it consistently high?
WHOOP really pioneered the concept of “recovery.” It obviously depends on the person, but through WHOOPs research I’ve seen that improving the balance between your sleep, physical activity, and diet seem to be the big three. It involves doing things like not overexerting yourself when your sick or “in the red” and it involves pushing yourself when you’re in the green. To keep it consistently high, focus on consistent sleep, hydration, stress management, and avoiding alcohol.
