How do I adjust my hours of sleep
I don’t know if I understand your question completely, maybe you can explain further. Hours of sleep is the time you are asleep. To get more you can either sleep longer or more efficiently. This is because time in bed doesn’t equal time asleep (you are awake troughout the night but don’t remember it).

You can choose between 3 different goals that whoop will calculate the bed time from listed here:
You can set a custom Sleep Performance goal (in percent) by choosing weekly plan and creating a custom plan.
